Our neighbor Paul's 50th birthday party was today. It was a great affair, they had a balloon artist/face painter AND a puppet show. (Paul has two young children, as did most of the crowd.) Anthony had a GREAT time. He'd been wanting a balloon sculpture from the farmer's market for a long time. They're pretty expensive, so I always say no. He was so excited about his big blue flower.
Jungle Joe put on a pretty cool show, too. Very funny. It was aimed at slightly older kids, but Anthony still really enjoyed it.
