That was the headline in the newspaper this morning. I bought Anthony this cute raincoat in the fall and we've barely had a chance to wear it. We've had 3 straight days of clouds/rain with a few more to come.I already miss the 70 degree weather we had last weekend!
(I think I'd rather play in the sun and let the raincoat go unworn.)
