We had a great trip to the Happy Hollow Zoo yesterday with Anthony's birthfamily. (Jeremy was there, he was a little jealous of the baby and didn't want his picture taken.) Happy Hollow is a small zoo about to undergo a major renovation and will be closed for a year and a half. Fortunately, it should reopen when Anthony is big enough to enjoy it.He did seem to enjoy petting the goats, though. It makes sense--he likes his cat and what is a goat but a larger cat???
We had a great time. We saw all the animals, fed the goats, donkey and mineature horse and went on a bunch of rides. Anthony was too small for most of the rides, though. He also missed riding the Carousel because he was enjoying his bottle. Next time!
We have a zoo membership so there will be plenty of next-times!
